The "VideoProc Vlogger" Action Video Editing Contest ("Contest") is organized by VideoProc @Digiarty Software, Inc. ("Administrator "). By entering this Contest, you ("Entrant") agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules of the Administrator.
The Entrant must fulfill the requirements of the Contest, as specified below, to be eligible to get a chance of winning a prize.
Download VideoProc Vlogger and use that to make your content with GoPro/action footage and alike. Simply share your video on YouTube with tags #videoprocvlogger, #videoprocvlogcontest and #gopro. Make sure your video is at least 30 sec long. Submit your video link and email address at The Form of Contest Page with clicking "Submit and Win Prizes" to get an Entry. Winners will be chosen based on originality, quality, and likes on YouTube (at least 10 likes).
The Contest begins on September 24th, 2021 at 00:00 am EST and ends on November 12nd, 2021 at 11:59 pm EST. (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
Winners will be chosen based on originality, quality, and likes on YouTube (at least 10 likes). They'll be rewarded with the following prizes:
Prizes will be distributed to the winner(s) according to originality, quality, and likes on YouTube (at least 10 likes). Larger number of likes means higher chance to win a bigger prize. Each winner will only get one prize. The winner(s) who is/are not capable of receiving an entity gift above will be rewarded equivalent cash. And actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at the time of the prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by VideoProc @Digiarty Software, Inc. ("Administrator").
Ps: The top 1 winner with highest likes will have the opportunity to participate in "The $2,000 Rewards Contest". That reward contest is form "VideoProc Vlogger Editing Challenge" officially organized by VideoProc @Digiarty Software, Inc.
The winner(s) will be notified within 7 workdays via the email address Entrants entered after the Entry Period. If the winner(s) do/does not respond within 7 workdays of notification, the winner(s) will be disqualified.
The winner list will be announced on the Administrator's official Facebook account within in 14 workdays after the Contest ends. Beyond that, this Contest is not connected to any third-party platforms.
The Contest is only open to those who submit at The Contest Page. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of the Administrator, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and its immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable countries, areas and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Privacy protection: The Email address entered by Entrants will be used for confirmation, winner(s) announcement, prize notifying and VideoProc Vlogger related info. By entering this page, you will agree to receive emails from the Administrator to confirm eligibility. And your personal information is used according to the privacy policy and will not be sold. You can opt out at any time.
Copyright protection: The original videos with positive content are admitted by the Administrator only. All the copyright of Entrants' original videos gets respect and acknowledgement from the Administrator. The videos shall not be used for any direct commercial purposes unless having permission from the owners. The Administrator will be legally and permanently authorized to share all the videos on its global social media platforms once Entrants agree to participate in the Contest. The Entrant who submits violence, drug or any kind of illegalness will void that Entrant's Entries and shall bear legal liability in accordance with the law.
THIS CONTEST IS NOT SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK, TWITTER OR ANY CAMERA COMPANIES. PRIZES DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CAMERAS. ALL MENTIONED TRADEMARKS ARE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS.
The Contest is organized by VideoProc @Digiarty Software, Inc. ("Administrator ") with the office at No. 89, Cuihua Road, High-tech Zone, Chengdu, China. All Entrants must abide by these Official Rules, governed by the laws of China. The Administrator reserves the right to amend or change the Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend, cancel, postpone or extend the Contest without prior notice. The Administrator has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void the Entries, including, but not limited to: the tamper to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website, the use of an agency or any automated system to enter the Contest, the attempt by the same Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different IP addresses or any other kind methods that violate these Terms & Conditions. The Entrants with the same information of identity, email address and IP address shall deem to be one Entrant. Multiple/different videos links submitted from one Entrant shall deem to be one Entry. Any attempt by an Entrant liberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Administrator reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
