VideoProc works as advertised. I had a problem -- entirely my fault -- & Customer Service patiently resolved the issue.
Two things. (A) The product works very well and (B) The support is outstanding when you need it. I used the trial for a while and then purchased a lifetime licence and the upgrades have made that fantastic value. The AI has made some very old family movies watchable again (from the 1930s). I highly recommend it.
As soon as I saw the Audio AI in VideoProc, I had to try it. I Love It! Fast, produces excellent audio. For anyone building Karaoke tracks, it's amazingly easy! You can remove either vocal or instrumental tracks, or both in turn.
