What payment method do you accept?

When and how can I get the program I ordered?

Once you complete the online order, you were supposed to receive an email with the order information and license code from our payment processor 2Checkout. Please allow a few minutes for the auto-generated license message to reach your inbox. Check the spam folder if you could not find the license retrieval email. However, there is possibility that your email service provider rejects emails from unknown senders. Please feel free to contact us if you do not get the email after 30 minutes.

Can I exchange my code if I purchased the wrong product by mistake?

Yes, you can. In this case, please uninstall the wrong product first. Then email us with your order information and the right product you want. We will exchange the right one for you.

Will Digiarty automatically renew my one year license after the subscription expired?

No! You need to re-order the product after your One Year subscription expires. We do not provide auto renewal. You may purchase the Lifetime License which provides free lifetime upgrade with unlimited downloads of up-to-date Full Version without extra fee.

Do you offer any discount for non-profit organizations/schools?

Yes, Digiarty Software offers discounts of all the products for approved schools, churches, government entities and charitable organizations! The more you buy, the more you save. If you are eligible for this, please contact us for the discount.

License Code Registration
What are the differences among the Trial, the Full and Giveaway License?

The default free trial of VideoProc allows you to edit and convert 5 minutes of each video/DVD for evaluation.
To register VideoProc with a Full License Code purchased from our store, you'll get
Either 1 Year License that enables you to use full features and enjoy free update for 1 year.
Or Lifetime License that authorizes you to use full features with unlimited downloads of up-to-date version for free.
Occasionally, we sponsor license codes to our partners. By participating in such kind of campaign, you'll get
7-day Trial License: It enables you to get access to VideoProc full features for 7 days.
Giveaway License (usually a fixed version): It works the same as the Full License but won't support update.

I didn't receive the license code for several hours after my purchase. Why?

The possible reasons might be:
1. Due to your email setting, the letter with license code went to Trash directly. Please check the folder there.
2. You provided invalid email address when you ordered the software.
3. Your email service provider rejects emails from unknown senders.
Please let us know by writing to sales@videoproc.com if you are under one of the last two situations.

How to activate VideoProc License Code?

After you place an order in our store, you will get the full License Code by email instantly.
Step 1: Download, install and run VideoProc on your computer.
Step 2: Find "Register" button in the right corner. Hit it and it will pop up a register window.
Step 3: Enter your “Licensed Email” and the "Registration Code".
Step 4: Click "Activate".
Note:
"Licensed Email" refers to the email ID you used to place the order.
"Registration Code" can be found in the email sent by our payment processor 2Checkout.
If you are using a Giveaway License (usually a fixed version), you still need to enter a valid email ID to get licensed and use full features.

Why my purchased license not working?

There are some reasons why your license not working:
1. It's one year license, and your subscription expired. Only the lifetime license has no time-limitation.
2. The license code and register email not match. Please register with the email that you used to place the order.
3. Typing errors. It's highly recommended to copy & paste code to avoid any typos.
4. Internet connection. Please make sure you have proper Internet connection when registering VideoProc program.

Can I reactive the license code in my new computer?

Yes. Firstly, please remove the license code manually by clicking the top right corner on the software interface; Secondly, uninstall the software from your old computer, and then download the version you purchased from our website or use the CD you bought to install it on your new one. Use the registration information you got before to activate.
Please contact us at support@videoproc.com for help if you cannot remove the license for computer crash or any other reasons.

What if I lost the license code?

If you lost your license code, please do not worry and feel free to contact us to request your original license. Please provide us with detailed information about your purchase, such as order ID, email address, user name, etc.

What do the license code error 201, 222, 401,402,405 mean?

Error code 201-222: Register Error.
VideoProc is virus-free software under Windows/Mac. Your firewall may block the register process. Please add VideoProc as trusted program or close your firewall.
Error code 400: Invalid license code
Please purchase VideoProc from the official page. We do not license VideoProc to a third party like eBay.
Error code 401, 402, 405: Register failed
Currently we offer license for one computer, or for 2-5 computers. If you have more than that activations, then your register will be rejected.

Refund Policy
What is your refund policy?

Digiarty Software, Inc. provides refunds within 30 days of product purchase. We'll hold the 30-day money back guarantee if our products cannot normally work with error or bug and we cannot solve it within an acceptable period of time or provide a temporary solution. Sometimes the software doesn't work well due to improper operations. We strongly suggest you contact support@videoproc.com for help first with detailed problem description. One business day reply is guaranteed.
Please note we do not accept irrational or no reason refund.

The following refund requests will be rejected:

1. You request a refund for no particular reason;
2. You request a refund by simply a "It does not work" or "I do not want it" reason and refuse to elaborate;
3. You request a refund for a feature we do not have/support. Digiarty products are sold as "try-before-you-buy" software.
We highly recommend you to verify the program's functions and make sure it works well on your computer before your purchase.

How long it will take to receive the refund?

Once your refund is issued, the support team will confirm it within 24 hours. And it will take a little time to reach to your account due to some reasons like Holidays, Weekends. You can contact your bank or the credit card company to know more.
Note: Once your refund is issued, your license will be marked invalid. Please uninstall VideoProc and remove it from your computer.

Download and Upgrade
How long it will take to download and install VideoProc?

The file size is about 50MB. It only takes you several seconds to finish the downloading. If you failed, check your network firstly, or contact the support team.
The installation is very easy. Click the downloaded file, follow the setup guide, and wait a few seconds. The install will be competed automatically.

What is your upgrade policy? Is it free?

To make it fair to our purchased customers, free updates are offered only for our purchased/paid customers. And we hope you could understand this. You could enjoy any upgrade, major or minor, without any fee involved after you purchased our software.

How do I upgrade my program?

Generally, we will upgrade our products regularly to improve our program's performance with advanced functions. To check if the version you have is the latest version, you can simply click the "check new version" button on the interface. It will lead you to the upgrade page and the latest version is free for purchased users to download. Furthermore, we are planning to add the function of checking auto-upgrade to all the products in the near future.
