NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The "VideoProc Vlogger" Seed Program ("Program") is organized by VideoProc @Digiarty Software, Inc. ("Administrator "). By entering this Program you ("Entrant") agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules of the Administrator.

Part 1. How to Win

The Entrant must abide by the rules of the Program, as specified below, to be eligible to get an entry.

Create a video in VideoProc Vlogger with the provided watermark and simply share the video on your YouTube channel(over 100 subscribers) with tags #videoprocvlogger and #freeeditor. Make sure your video is at least 60 sec long. Submit your video link and email address at the Submission Form by clicking "Submit and Earn Cash" to get a $20US basic reward. Complete extra tasks for bonus(up to $20US). PS: The video should be published on the Entrant's YouTube channel with at least 100 subscribers. The original videos with positive content are admitted by the Administrator only.

Part 2. Entry Period

The Contest begins on Dec. 20, 2021, at 00:00 am EDT and ends on Jan. 27, 2022, at 11:59 pm EDT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

Part 3. Prizes

The Entrants submitting a qualified video will be rewarded as the following prizes:

★ Basic Rewards

$20US - Upload a watermarked video with hashtag #videoprocvlogger and #freeeditor.

★ Extra Rewards

$5US - Mentioned "VideoProc Vlogger" in the video's title.

$5US - Share YouTube link on Facebook/Twitter and @VideoProcVlogger (Facebook).

$10US - Used "Speed Ramp" or "Motion Effects" when editing.

There are 100 entries spots in total in the Program. 60% out of the 100 entries is distributed to the countries - United States of America, Britain, Australia, Canada and Germany. 20% out of the 100 entries is distributed to India. And the left 20% is distributed to the other regions. Cash will be rewarded to the 100 qualified Entrants who submit a video following the completion of the Submission Form. More of optional completions mean more cash to earn. Each Entrant has only one chance of entry to participate.

Part 4. Rewards Notification & Announcement

The 100 qualified Entrants will be rewarded within 30 workdays after their submission. The rewards notification will be sent to the email address that Entrants entered within 7 workdays after their submission. If the Entrants do not respond within 7 workdays of notification, the Entrants will be disqualified.

Some of the qualified Entrants videos will be regularly announced on the Video Gallery of the Program and the Administrator's official Facebook account every week during the Entry Period. Beyond that, the Program is not connected to any third-party platforms.

Part 5. Eligibility

The Program is open to those who submit at the Submission Form. The Program is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of the Administrator, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and its immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Program. The Program is subject to all applicable countries, areas and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Part 6. Copyright & Privacy

Privacy protection: The Email address entered by Entrants will be used for confirmation, rewards notifying and VideoProc Vlogger related info. By entering this page, you will agree to receive emails from the Administrator to confirm eligibility. And your personal information is used according to the privacy policy and will not be sold. You can opt out at any time.

Copyright protection: All the copyright of Entrants' original videos gets respect and acknowledgement from the Administrator. The videos shall not be used for any direct commercial purposes unless having permission from the owners. The Administrator will be legally and permanently authorized to share all the videos on its global social media platforms once Entrants agree to participate in the Program. The Entrant who submits violence, drug or any kind of illegalness will void that Entrant's Entries and shall bear legal liability by the law.

Part 7. Terms & Conditions

THIS PROGRAM IS NOT SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK, TWITTER OR ANY OTHER COMPANIES. ALL MENTIONED TRADEMARKS ARE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS.

The Program is organized by VideoProc @Digiarty Software, Inc. ("Administrator ") with the office at No. 89, Cuihua Road, High-tech Zone, Chengdu, China. All Entrants must abide by these Official Rules, governed by the laws of China. The Administrator reserves the right to amend or change the Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to change the entry quantity and of its regional distribution, suspend, cancel, postpone or extend the Contest without prior notice. The Administrator has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Program, to void the Entries, including, but not limited to: the tamper to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Program or website, the use of an agency or any automated system to enter the Program, the attempt by the same Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different IP addresses or any other kind methods that violate these Terms & Conditions. The Entrants with the same information of identity, email address and IP address shall deem to be one Entrant. Multiple/different videos links submitted from one Entrant shall deem to be one Entry. Any attempt by an Entrant to intentionally damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Program may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Administrator reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
